The Problem

Ghana's government
has no nervous system.

Every ministry operates in its own silo. Every MDA tracks its own projects in its own spreadsheet. Parliament asks questions that no one can answer in real time. Citizens file complaints that never reach the right desk. The information exists — the connection doesn't.
